2008-2009 academic year classes

The Festival Ballet Providence Center for Dance Education will hold ongoing registration by mail, email or in person for classes beginning September 3, 2008.  In order to secure your place at the barre in September, please return the completed registration forms, the $25 registration fee, and the first quarter tuition payment in full, as soon as possible, certainly before the first day of classes.  Many classes reach the maximum number of students and become closed to further registration, so it is suggested to be promt.

All newly enrolling Students age 8 or older will need to make an appointment for a placement class.  All students age 2.5 through age 7 will be placed in a class level strictly according to age.  Please call us at 401.353.1129, or email our registrar, Lisa McGuirk, for further details.

Students may enroll in the Festival Ballet Providence Center for Dance Education programs at any time during the school year.  Classes are offered in four 9-week sessions.  The school year begins after Labor Day and ends in June. School breaks in November, December, February and April are noted in the “Important Dates” link listed at the bottom of this page.

First Quarter September 3 to November 1, 2008
First Quarter tuition payment due Monday August 25, 2008

Second Quarter, November 3 to January 17, 2009
Second Quarter tuition due October 27, 2008

Third Quarter, January 19 to March 28, 2009
Third Quarter tuition due January 12, 2009

Fourth Quarter, March 3 to June 6, 2008
Fourth Quarter tuition due March 23, 2009

School Culmination Performance June 6 & 7 for students aged 6 and up
